Ready to Learn More?
Welcome. We're So Glad You're Here.
Coastal Retreat offers two pathways:
Pilates for strength, dynamic stretching and body alignment, &
Yoga for releasing tension, quieting your mind and deep recovery.
Most of our members combine both. Some focus on one. We support both journeys.

Know this: Three classes is a glimpse. If you’re serious about feeling better, building strength, or easing chronic pain, we gently recommend starting with the 10-class “Pilates + Restore” option. That’s where we see real change take shape!
If you want enough time to feel the difference Pilates can make, this is where most people begin.
What You Get:
10 Pilates classes over 30 days
3 Restorative sessions for a deep stretch and a quiet mind
Small group classes (maximum 6 for Pilates)
Expert, dual-certified instructors who see you and guide you
No pressure to commit beyond these 30 days
Why a Reset?
Because rebuilding trust with your body takes time. Three classes gives you a taste. Ten classes gives you a genuine reset—enough time to feel less pain, more ease, and real strength building. By class 6 or 7, most people start to feel it: their body responding differently.
Investment: $249

Yoga: Somatic Practice & Deep Recovery
Since 2016, Coastal Retreat has been a sanctuary for yoga practices that prioritize your body’s wisdom and your nervous system’s need for rest. Our experienced teachers guide somatic movement, breath-centered practices, and deep restoration - designed for bodies that need support, minds that need space, and nervous systems that need healing. If you’re seeking yoga as your primary practice - not as a complement to Pilates - you’re welcome here. We honor that path.

What to Expect When You Walk Through Our Doors
You'll be greeted by name. You'll move in a bright, coastal-inspired space that feels calm, never chaotic. Your instructor will check in with you before class, modify as needed, and guide you with expertise that feels supportive, not intimidating.
Our Pilates classes are intimate (maximum 6 people) so you get real attention. Our restorative sessions are deeply nurturing—bolsters, blankets, props, and permission to simply rest.
You don't need to be flexible. You don't need to be "in shape." You just need to be willing to show up and let us support you.
FAQs for New Clients
What should I wear?
Comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend sticky socks for Pilates.
What if I have an injury or limitation?
Perfect. Our therapeutic approach is designed specifically for bodies that need support, not punishment. Let your instructor know before class and we'll modify accordingly. Feel something iffy during class? Let us know right away and we'll make sure you have a supportive modification. No stress, no embarrassment. We understand well-lived-in bodies.
I'm intimidated. Will I be the only beginner?
Never. We have beginners in almost every class, and our small class sizes mean you'll never feel lost or overlooked.
What happens after my intro?
Most people transition into an 8x or 12x monthly membership for Pilates. An unlimited membership or package of classes for Yoga. We'll have a gentle conversation during your intro about what feels right for your body and your schedule. No pressure. Just options.
